Here are just a small selection of examples of the type of training I offer.

Resistance Training

My Booty Bands and Body Bands can be purchased separately, if you fancied feeling the burn and sculpting those body's with home resistance training. 

Cardio Sessions

Lots of people seem to hate the word 'cardio' but Cardio can be done through various workouts - HIIT, boxercise, bodyweight, aerobic step etc - which can actually be really fun!

Pregnancy Safe

Safe exercises to suit different trimesters and stages of pregnancy. Keeping your body moving during pregnancy can be really helpful to boost our mood and energy.

Post natal

Training after a baby can be daunting and leave you feeling like you don't know where to start. I offer safe workouts to ease you back in after however long you've had off exercise!

Weight Training

Who said you need expensive machines to build your strength at home? I offer strength / sculpt workouts using a Kettlebell, Dumbbells, Aerobic Bar (barbell).

Stretching

Choose from getting deep into loosening up our muscles or maybe a bedtime relaxation stretch, we make time for stretching to help those post-workout aches!

Mama & Baby

There are so many mamas trying to workout - likely with a little one climbing all over them! So I thought it only right to offer some workouts where you can include your little one!

Pilates

Pilates style workouts that are slower paced, building our bodyweight strength, breathing and core control. 

Yoga

Choose from relaxing yoga or a workout based session, with our brilliant guest yoga teacher - Chiara!
